When I joined Munchy’s in 2011, we were trailing the market leader by 10 percentage points. Through harnessing the power of data analytics and consumer insights, we effectively communicated the unique value proposition of our products, resulting in heightened brand awareness and, subsequently, sales growth. Today, we proudly stand as the strong No. 1 biscuit brand in Malaysia.
