Job Description
Job Summary / Purpose
- Leading and managing the company’s live streaming initiatives to drive sales and engage with audiences across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the design of strategy, framework and forecasted P&L of the company live streaming initiative.
- Lead in the set-up of the in house live streaming studio.
- Works closely with the Marketing Digital team to ensure seamless integration and align commercial terms.
- Set up a small team to manage URM live streaming.
- Livestream on Tiktok according to the company’s arrangement, and complete the live stream work with high quality.
- Live Streaming Anchor of channels (Shopee, Lazada Tiktok etc.).
- Can clearly introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews, experience, and interact with followers.
- Understand the work nature of the anchor and pay attention to major live broadcast platforms.
- Interact and engage with online audiences, provide professional advice and answer enquiries during LIVE streaming.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of live selling events, including viewership, engagement, and sales conversion rates.
- Coordinate logistics and technical aspects of live selling events, including scheduling, content preparation, and technical support.
- Plan and execute live selling events on social media platforms.
- Cultivate relationships with KOLs and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and live selling.
Requirements
- Good image, good temperament.
- Confident in front of the camera.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, experience in user operation or live streaming industry is preferred.
- Patient, have good communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, and coordination and learning abilities.
- Assist in script writing for live broadcast.
- Complete other work related to the live broadcast as explained by the supervisor.
